The NSFAS Information Session, led by SASCO, COSAS, and the ANC in the ZF Mgcawu Region, brought together the young people of Kai !Garib to ensure that deserving learners receive the information they need to access higher education opportunities.

In communities where unemployment continues to affect many families, access to accurate NSFAS information is more than guidance,it is hope. By taking this programme directly to the people, we are breaking barriers, opening doors, and ensuring that no young person is left behind because of a lack of information.

Together, we remain committed to building an educated, empowered, and opportunity-driven generation. When the movement serves the people, real change becomes possible.

SASCO CALLS ON STUDENTS TO REGISTER TO VOTE
The South African Students' Congress (SASCO) calls upon all students and young people to make their voices heard by registering to vote during the Voter Registration Weekend on 21–22 June.
Voting is not only a democratic right but also a powerful tool to shape the future of our communities, institutions, and country. Young people must take an active role in determining the leadership and policies that affect their lives.
We encourage all eligible students to visit their nearest voting station this weekend and ensure that they are registered and ready to participate in the upcoming elections.
Your voice matters. Your vote matters. Register this weekend and be part of building a better South Africa.

The South African Students' Congress (SASCO) joins the nation in commemorating the brave youth of 16 June 1976, whose courage and sacrifice in the fight against apartheid education changed the course of our country's history.
As we honour their legacy, we are reminded that the struggle for quality, accessible, and inclusive education continues. Many young people still face challenges such as financial exclusion, unemployment, student debt, and inequality.
SASCO remains committed to advancing the interests of students and ensuring that education serves as a tool for liberation and social transformation.
On this Youth Day, we call on all young people to emulate the spirit of 1976 by actively participating in building a just, equal, and prosperous South Africa.
"The youth of 1976 fought for freedom; the youth of today must fight for transformation."β€πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ–€
