YOUR DAILY REMINDER TO DRINK WATER!💦
When temperatures rise, your body needs help regulating its temperature. Sweating causes fluid loss, making dehydration more likely in hot weather.

Here are your hydration reminders:
✔️Keep a water bottle nearby.
✔️Drink water regularly throughout the day.
✔️Take water breaks when working or exercising outdoors.
✔️Pay attention to warning signs such as thirst, dizziness, headache and unusual tiredness.
✔️If you're sweating heavily for prolonged periods, you may also need to replace lost salts and electrolytes.

Don't ignore signs that your body is struggling in the heat.

🚑Feeling seriously unwell? Get medical help. If someone collapses or becomes confused, treat it as an emergency and call EMS.
