The North West Provincial Treasury, through its Human Resource Development (HRD) unit, is engaging with learners at Orbit TVET College in Moses Kotane during the Heritage Career Expo, with the Honourable Minister of Higher Education and Training, Buti Manamela, also taking part in the day’s programme.
