BHoL House of Traditional Leaders' mandate is to unify traditional communities under the progressive leadership of the Bloodlines within this house of Traditional leadership. Under the guidance of the spirit of our fore-fathers and uQamata ka Tayi make an active contribution to self-sustainable traditional communities focused on safeguarding and safe practicing of our traditional customs, rights,
rituals, values, morals, practices, lifestyles and livelihoods. BHoL House of Traditional Leaders was formed in 1992 to assist royal families and traditional communities by helping them ensure that the traditional system of governance remains protected and promoted in South Africa and promote the benefits of our cultural diversity, by fostering family development. The organisation was formed under the reign of His Excellency Kumkani (King) Maxhob'ayakhawuleza Sandile - Aaa! of the Rharhabe Kingdom, and was under the leadership of UNkosi (Chief) Thembekile William Rawula - Aaa! BHoL House of Traditional Leaders is now under care and reign of His Excellency Kumkani (King) Jonguxolo Sandile - Aaa! and under the leadership of UNkosi (Chief) Velile Mfunda - Aaa! One of BHoL House of Traditional Leaders' mandate is to eliminate unemployment through urban and peri-urban development. This will uplift the living standards of traditional communities and truly eradicate poverty under the progressive leadership of the Bloodlines within this powerful house of Leadership. This will ensure enhancement and development of cultural values and practices. In addition, BHoL House of Traditional Leaders' ensures that beneficiaries give back to their communities to bring about a positive change, sustainable development and cultural preservation. Rharhabe Kingdom:
The Rharhabe House is the second senior house (Right Hand House) of the Xhosa Kingdom. The Rharhabe house was founded by Xhosa warrior Rharhabe, who was the older brother of Gcaleka ka Phalo. The Rharhabe royalty was under the leadership of their regent Queen Noloyiso Sandile Aaa! Noloyiso, daughter of King Cyprian Bhekuzulu Nyangayezizwe kaSolomon and sister to the Zulu monarch King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu. She was married to King Maxhob'ayakhawuleza Sandile - Aaa! She was regent for her son Prince Jonguxolo Sandile and had 40 Traditional Councils under her jurisdiction, stretching out from west of Kei River to Thyolorha/George. The Rharhabe royalty is now under the progressive leadership of the son of King Maxhob'ayakhawuleza Sandile, King Jonguxolo Sandile - Aaa!
