Medic Assist - 24

Medic Assist is proud to provide medical response to Walmer Park Shopping Centre. Earlier this week we were invited to participate in an evacuation drill exercise at Walmer Park Shopping Centre alongside other roleplayers. Smooth co-ordination between emergency services and establishments helps save lives!

Working alongside Gardmed Ambulance Service at the Algoa Rally Club event held at Aldo Scribante raceway yesterday.

Over the weekend our team worked together with Gardmed Ambulance Service to assist in providing event support services at the 2025 Isuzu Ironman Nelson Mandela Bay.

Thank you to ISI's Corner Car Wash for always looking after event support vehicles on our return from muddy events. This morning the vehicles were cleaned after the Addo 100miler trail run…just in time for the rain!

Our events team worked alongside Gardmed Ambulance Service at the recent Tour De Garden Route cycling tour. This 4 day event started in PE/GQ and ended in Herolds Bay with incredible scenery along the way.

Our events team attended the 2024 Toy Run to give a helping hand to Gardmed Ambulance Service and the traffic department as the PE convoy went across PE. It is always so amazing to see toys being collected for children in need.

Another Big O Sports event handled by our team alongside Gardmed Ambulance Service. The Big O Sports Tavcor Trail Run started out at the Tavcor Volkswagen dealership in William Moffet before entering into the Baakens Valley and finishing back at Tavcor. Well done to all who took part, especially to some of our amazing medics who ran the 12km distance.

Today the Medic Assist team alongside Gardmed Ambulance Service said their final goodbyes to
beloved Mama Vee (Sindiswa Virginia Baka). Thank you to our amazing team for showing their support to her friends and family. Mama Vee was a part of the family for over 20 years and will be missed!
