Together as a student community of Nelson Mandela University must unite against GBV.
We cannot build a future where violence is the center of our society.

We can do better as a community to resolve issues in any other way other than violence.
We can do better to love each other differently than being toxic to others and ourselves.
We can do better to protect each other.

The EFFSC together with the regional leadership of the EFF will be having a Motorcade starting from South Campus. The Motorcade seeks to mobilize students and the people of Summerstrand to join the national shutdown. Students of NMU must be rest assured that tomorrow is a public holiday, we are urging them to use it wisely and those who can must form part of the shutdown.
