🚨Stations Cleanliness🚨

Dear A Re Yeng Commuters,

We have noted and acknowledged the concerns and complaints raised regarding the cleanliness of some A Re Yeng stations. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused our valued passengers and the communities we serve.

As of today, cleaning activities have commenced at all affected stations as part of our immediate response to address the concerns raised. We appreciate the feedback from commuters, which assists us in identifying service gaps and improving the overall commuter experience.

IRPTN Management is currently implementing measures to ensure that the cleaning of stations continues on a regular basis. These efforts are aimed at bridging the gap created following the conclusion of services by the previous station maintenance company. To support this process, the necessary procedures are being and followed we are awaiting the finalisation of the process by the relevant departments.

In the meantime, we remain committed to maintaining cleaner and safer station environments and will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure service standards are improved and sustained.
