I will keep fighting for your rights, I will be the voice for little boys of this generation without rights because I am a Humanitarian and I won't look away when little boys are exploited in society and denied education and their rights forced into child labour which later drive them into drugs and alcohol when they can't take the pressure and stress.

Dion Falange on what COVID-19 taught us as Mankind globally the importance of water π¦, sanitation and hygiene.
Humanitarian, writer, photographer, Researcher and human rights
If COVID-19 can spread anywhere, itβs a risk to people everywhere. The whole world will stay vulnerable to the virus until people in countries with the weakest health systems are protected from it. Education is one of the powerful tool to use to educate communities about spreading of viruses and how to avoid spreading viruses especially little children, under the Conversation on the rights of children, " the highest attainable standard of health" extends to providing clean drinking water π¦ and eliminating the dangers of environmental pollution. Unsafe water π¦, poor sanitation and unhygienic conditions claim many lives each year, including 2 Million children under the age of 6 who are at risk of dying from diarrhoea or COVID-19.
Taken together, urban dwellers worldwide enjoy better access to drinking water π¦ and sanitation than people living in rural areas. Even so, water π¦ and sanitation coverage is struggling to keep pace with urban population growth. Access often entails long queues and high costs. Without access to mains, the Urban poor often pay up to 50 times more for a litre of water π¦ than their richer neighbors. Sanitation also remain a major issue globally especially now during COVID-19 pandemic - as urban populations increase, so does the number of people practicing defecation. That number rose by 30 per cent between 2005 2022. The impact of open defecation in densely populated urban settlement is particularly alarming for public health. Where public sanitation facilities exist, they are frequently overcrowded, poorly maintained and contaminated; special provision for children is rare. Congested and unsanitary condition make urban slums particularly high-risk areas for communicable diseases.. Without sufficient access to safe drinking water π¦ or an adequate water π¦ supply for basic hygiene, children's health suffers especially now with the challenges of COVID-19 pandemic and Climatechange crisis. Improving access and service quality will be vital to reducing child mortality and morbidity globally.

Dion Falange on parenting programmes
Humanitarian, writer, photographer, Researcher and human rights activist
Prevention of child maltreatment
A number of evaluations of parenting programmes suggest that they help prevent child maltreatment, and improve aspects of family life that may be related to child maltreatment, such as parental attitudes, child rearing or parenting skills, family wellness and relationship with partners. For example, a review of early childhood home-visiting programmes suggests an overall reduction of reported child maltreatment of approximately 39% following intervention. However, home ποΈ visiting programmes are not uniformly effective in reducing child maltreatment. Furthermore, it is difficult to draw any firm conclusions about the efficacy of parenting programmes overall,
Different evaluations define and measure child maltreatment differently. For instance, some use direct measures of child maltreatment e.g reports from child protective services, while others use risk factors for child maltreatment e.g measures of child abuse potential or parental stress.
The effects of parenting programmes are also likely to depend on factors such as the length of the programme and frequency of visits or sessions, the type of professional employed, target group, content, outcome measures and follow-up period. The programme with some best evidence of effectiveness is the social worker family partnership

On Education for Children, especially boys of this generation who are left behind.
In Article 28 of the Conversation on the Rights of the Children, States parties recognized children's rights to education including little boys and commit to "achieving this right progressively and on the basis of equal opportunity." But urban, suburban and rural inequality undermine children's rights especially little boys to Education. In Urban and Rural communities areas blighted by poverty, ill health and poor nutrition, early childhood programming is often notable by its absence. This is lamentable because the first few years have a profound and enduring effect on the rest of a person's life. By one estimate, in developing countries, more than 300 Million children under 6 years of age fail to reach their full cognitive potential if something is not done.

Humanitarian, writer, photographer, Researcher and founder
I still continued with my research back in South Africa when I returned from America in the Acceleration through a focus on people at higher risk of HIV infection. There is a Town called Bela Bela in Limpopo so I spend a lot of time few years back on research and study to focus on people at higher risk of HIV infection and other parts I traveled to in South Africa and Africa with concentrated epidemics has borne fruits, although in many cases, these gain are limited and much more can be done. In other parts of South Africa in Gauteng consistent condom use use among s*x workers and their clients increased from about 40% in 2000 to current levels of over 90% and new HIV infections have dropped for fewer than 2000 per year. Had condom use rates remained at 1998 levels, before the increase in condom use, the annual number of new HIV infections is likely to have been more than 100 000. Similar success has been observed in in Johannesburg South Africa, Botswana Gaborone where there was is estimated to 5000 to 10 000 fewer new infection annually as a result of an intensive behavior change programme with s*x workers. In Countries where they ignore harm-reduction programmes or do not take HIV prevention programmes to scale, the consequences have been severe. The studies around South Africa and other parts of Africa shows that those who are involved in s*x work service avoid getting counseling due to the nature of their work which psychologically is hurting them and it's emotionally draining and they are at risk of s*xually transmitted infection but some are scared to seek help at health providers because they fear that they can be reported to law enforcement authorities
