🇪🇭 Let's join the Solidarity Movement for Western Sahara on a Solidarity Program.

The government of Saharawi Republic mourns with the Namibian government upon the loss of H.E. President Hage Geingob.

Hon Hamma Salama, President of Saharawi National Council (the Parliament of Saharawi Republic), was accompanied by H.E. Ambassador Mohamed Beisat of SADR in RSA to Namibia where they paid their respects on behalf of the government during the memorial service.

H.E. Ambassador Mohamed Beisat has participated in a meeting at the Executive Council of African Union.

The intervention of SADR formed part of the discussion in the meeting.

The 44th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council is taking place 14-15 February 2024 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

H.E. President Brahim Ghali of Saharawi Republic has arrived in South Africa for the BRICS Summit.

The President was received by Public Administration Minister Noxolo Kiviet; Saharawi Ambassador H.E. Mohamed Beisat and DIRCO Deputy Director General Tselane Mokoena.

The President arrived at OR Tambo International Airport.

Ambassador Mohamed Beisat delivered a speech at the memorial of Comrade Ambassador Billy Masetlha in Soweto where the life of Ambassador Masetlha was celebrated.

Ambassador Mohamed Beisat is attending Opening of the Pan African Parliament, with Saharawi MP's, which is to be opened by Chair of the AU, President Azzali Assoumani of the Comoros, and DIRCO Deputy Minister Mashego-Dlamini.

🙏 It's with great sadness to hear of the passing of Ambassador Billy Masetlha of 🇿🇦 South to 🇩🇿 Algeria and 🇪🇭 Saharawi Republic.

We have lost a freedom fighter, a comrade and true ANC cadre who has served till the last moment with courage and humility.

We extend our condolences to President Ramaphosa, Minister Pandor & the Masetlha family.

Rest in eternal peace Cde Billy. We will miss you a lot.
