The South African Cleaners Regulatory Authority (SACRA) established in 2020 In accordance with regulation 24(c) of the National Standards Bodies Regulations of 28 March 1998, the Standards Generating Body (SG8) for Hygiene and Cleaning Services.
The strategic mandate of SACRA originates from the Act and the regulations issued in terms of the Act.
