On the 20th of March 2024, the Development and Wellbeing Committee organized a thought-provoking discussion starring none other than Senior Magistrate Van Rensburg. This event served as an invaluable platform for attendees to delve into the intricate layers of her illustrious professional journey, as well as to navigate through the pathways available within the legal profession. We were informed about courtroom etiquette, a vital aspect for legal professionals eager to embark on their career journey.

Moreover, the session provided a rare glimpse into the daily duties and responsibilities in the role of a Senior Magistrate, offering a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved. What truly elevated the discussion, however, were Van Rensburg's perspectives on reforming and refining our legal system for the collective betterment of society.

Her words resonated deeply with all present as she imparted the comforting wisdom, "You are exactly where you need to be," serving as a beacon of encouragement and reassurance amidst the complexities of navigating one's professional path.
