The Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development, Mzwanele Nyhontso,
will officially hand over title deeds to the Western Cape Khoisan Development Trust (WCKDT) and Romans Flora (Pty) Ltd. The handover follows the donation and transfer of two properties to land reform beneficiaries. Minister Nyhontso will also display a house plan, marking the approval of the Extension of Security of Tenure Act, 1997 (Act No. 62 of 1997) (ESTA) grant funding amounting to R9 570 000, which will be used towards acquiring completed houses to be constructed for beneficiaries of the Ashanti Tenure Project.

Atleast 250 farm workers and farm dwellers have gathered at Allee Bleue W**e Estate, in Franschoek in the Cape W**elands District of the Western Cape, outside Stellenbosch to engage with the Deputy Minister Stanley Mathabatha.
Various stakeholders, communities, and organisations are currently voicing their concerns and offering suggestions on how to address some of their challenges. Some of the organisations that are present are, Women on Farm Project, and AGRIWASSA.
