Ward 12 is witnessing truly exceptional leadership under Councillor Candidate LETHUKUTHULA MPANZA. She has proven herself as a dedicated woman in leadership — hands-on, present, and consistent. Her commitment to the people of Ward 12 is visible every day, and her work on the ground continues to inspire confidence that Ward 12 is in capable, caring hands.

Through initiatives like the FREE Learner's Licence Programme (Code 8 & Code 10), she is directly closing the gap between unemployment and opportunity. A learner's licence is the first step to employment for many young people — it opens doors to jobs as drivers, delivery services, and general work where a licence is required. By making it 100% FREE and open to everyone, she is removing the financial barrier that has held back many families in Ward 12 and giving our community a real chance to move forward. This is what servant leadership looks like — leadership that empowers.

Ward 12 Councillor Candidate Lethukuthula Mpanza is a dedicated woman in leadership who believes in hands-on organizational work. She is not a leader who leads from a distance; she is always on the ground, actively involved in community matters and committed to building the organization from the grassroots.

From signing membership and recruiting on the ground, to assisting our youth with college and university applications, Lethu shows what servant leadership truly means. Ward 12 needs a leader who shows up, listens, and delivers.

The Economic Freedom Fighters in the KwaDukuza Subregion confirms the ongoing implementation of the free driver's learner's licence programme in Ward 29.

This programme was initiated by Fighter Thobisile Nkosi, who is the Convener of Elections in KwaDukuza, Deputy Chairperson of the EFF in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal, Mayoral Candidate for KwaDukuza Municipality, and Ward 29 Councillor Candidate. The programme is intended to equip youth learners with a learner's licence in order to ensure they have something in hand that can assist them in accessing opportunities.

Currently, classes are being conducted in Kwadukuza Ward 29. In the attached pictures are the youth who are participating in the programme. The first group of 25 learners is now ready to write their learner's licence test, while the remaining learners are still attending classes.

The Subregion commends Fighter Thobisile Nkosi for initiating this programme and for ensuring its continued implementation.

"The flesh is satisfied by worldly things, but the soul needs only God’s word." The leadership of KwaDukuza Subregion still values holding on to the Holy Spirit, which is why they visited churches during Passover. The KwaDukuza SRCT, together with the Provincial Deputy Chair, visited New Beginning Church in Zion. The Subregional Secretary visited Word of Grace Bible Church, where he delivered a very powerful message. Being involved in community activities is important to us, we are part of our community and will continue to stand with our people.
