Near Samango Lodge

Evac911 medics were dispatched to a two vehicle accident on the 14th of January 2026 at approximately 14h00.

On arrival it was found that one patient has sustained serious injuries while 3 others had sustained minor injuries.

After the patients were stabilised all 4 patients were taken to the nearest appropriate facility for further management.

CTM Traffic Lights
Tzaneen

On the 12th of January 2026 Evac911 received reports of a collision between a taxi and a truck at CTM Traffic lights.

On arrival medics found one patient had sustained serious injuries while three others had sustained minor injuries.

All four patients were stabilised and transported to the nearest appropriate facility for further management.

A collision between two vehicles was reported to Evac911 near Yamorna 10h09 on the 11th of January 2026

On arrival Evac911 medics found that three patients had sustained moderate injuries. All three patients were stabilized on scene before being taken to the nearest appropriate facility for further management

R71 between Merensky High School and Twin Bridges

A collision between two vehicles was reported on R71 near the Twin Bridges in Tzaneen.
On arrival Evac911 medics found 5 patients on scene had minor injuries. After treating the injured patients. Two patient was transported to hospital for further management.

R71 Magoebaskloof
Tzaneen

At 15h22 Evac911 received a report of a taxi which had rolled on the R71 Magoebaskloof near Magoebaskloof Mountain Lodge.

On arrival paramedics found 21 patients had suffered injuries varying from minor to serious and 1 patient had suffered injuries not conducive to life and was declared deceased.

After being stabilized on scene all 21 patients were taken to various hospitals for further management.

At 09h12 on the 21st of August 2025 Evac911 received reports of a bus that had rolled full of school children on the R71 Magoebaskloof.

On arrival paramedics found 39 patients with various injuries from minor to moderate.

The patients were stabilized on scene before being taken to various hospitals for further management.

At 17h57 Evac911 received reports of a motor vehicle accident at the Deerpark T Junction.

On arrival paramedics found 6 patient with injuries ranging from moderate to minor.

After stabilization all 6 patients were transported to the nearest appropriate facility for further management.

R36 Towards Twin Bridges

At 12h42, Evac911 received reports of a motor vehicle accident at the above location.

On arrival, paramedics found that one patient had sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased on arrival. Paramedics also found two patients with moderate injuries and 1 child with severe life-threatening injuries.

After stabilization, all the patients were transported to the nearest appropriate facility for further management.
