Asterix Specialised Fire Equipment

🚒 Professional firefighting equipment by Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog NPC. Home of the Asterix Fire Twister. https://asterixfire.org/firefighting-equipment/

Equipment built for firefighters, while helping support our fire & emergency service. 🐾 Asterix lives on through innovation. What began as a tribute to a loyal firefighting companion has evolved into a proudly South African manufacturing division — designing and building high-performance firefighting equipment trusted by professionals in the field. Our products are developed by firefighters, for firefighters — tested in real-world conditions and built to perform where it matters most. The range includes the Asterix Fire Twister™ Nozzle, Asterix Fire Winder™, and other specialized tools engineered for veld, forest, and structural firefighting operations. While our NPC (Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog – Fire & Emergency Support Service) focuses on operational firefighting and community fire awareness, this division is dedicated exclusively to equipment design, testing, and innovation — supporting those on the frontline.

✅ Registered with the South African Forestry Contractors Association (SAFCA) & the Fire Protection Association of South Africa (FPASA)

🚑❤️ CONGRATULATIONS Evac911 – WORCESTER IS NOW OPEN! ❤️🚑

Today we celebrate something very special with a team we have come to know, trust and respect deeply.

EVAC 911 is one of the ambulance services Asterix regularly works alongside and is also our preferred ambulance service. Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of watching them grow, develop and continue building a service centred around professional emergency care and helping people when they need it most.

We are incredibly proud to see EVAC 911 take another major step forward with the opening of their new base in Worcester, Western Cape. 🚑

Growth like this does not happen overnight. It comes from years of hard work, commitment, sacrifice and a genuine dedication to serving communities.

To the entire EVAC 911 team — congratulations on this exciting new chapter. May your Worcester base grow from strength to strength, may every crew working from it return home safely after every call, and may this new branch be abundantly blessed as you continue serving those in need. 🙏❤️

From all of us at Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog NPC – Fire & Emergency Support Service:
WE ARE EXTREMELY PROUD OF YOU! 🚒🤝🚑

Congratulations, EVAC 911 Worcester!

Here’s to many more years of growth, service and lives touched. ❤️

🔥 ASTERIX FIRE TWISTER — BUILT FOR THE FIRELINE 🔥

A new chapter has officially begun for Asterix Specialised Firefighting Equipment.

The Asterix Fire Twister is no longer part of Rautenbach Holdings. Our specialised firefighting equipment now proudly forms part of Asterix The Long Firefighting Dog NPC – Fire & Emergency Support Service.

And that is exactly where we believe it belongs. 🚒🔥

The Asterix Fire Twister wasn’t developed simply to become another firefighting product on the shelf. It was field-developed around the realities of firefighting and designed for the type of low-pressure, high-volume centrifugal pump systems we work with ourselves.

We don't just sell the Asterix Fire Twister — we carry and use it on our own fire response vehicle.

Because our philosophy is simple:

🔥 If it’s good enough for us to depend on on the fireline, it’s definitely good enough for you.

ASTERIX FIRE TWISTER
💧 Adjustable 10–105 L/min flow range
🎯 24–34 m spray reach under normal plantation conditions
🚒 Fine spray to powerful jet
💦 20 mm & 25 mm hose compatible
⚙️ Designed for low-pressure, high-volume centrifugal pumps
🇿🇦 Field-developed. Precision-engineered.
