Compass Cares Compass Cares is the heart of Compass Medical Waste Services and the initiative that oversees all our corporate social investment (CSI) projects.

All the organisations that we support have a heart to nurture and love vulnerable people and animals. Compass Cares is a voluntary organisation comprising Compass Medical Waste Services staff. Established in 2009, Compass Cares has created the Under an African Sky brand which produces and sells a wildlife calendar in support of CROW. On an annual basis, the team has been responsible for sourcing and labelling containers for the Container Ministries ‘Buckets of Hope’ campaign. This has allowed the congregation of Grace Family Church to distribute necessities to
3 000 impoverished families throughout KwaZulu-Natal. Our BeLoved campaign sees staff distributing treats, hugs and spending time with sick children in paediatric wards and the elderly in government old age homes.
