MONKS GIN

19/10/2026

Happy International Gin & Tonic Day! 🍸

Today we raise a glass to the classic G&T and to Mary Edith Keyburn, whose love for the drink inspired this special day. Come celebrate with a gin & tonic at Monks Gin today. Cheers!

A lighter side of alchemy.

Crisp, refreshing and quietly complex, this is MONKS at its most effortless. Clean botanicals, subtle citrus, and that unmistakable Breede Valley character in every sip.

We’re open Monday to Saturday.
Come join us this weekend and enjoy cocktails the way they were meant to be.

SATURDAY HOURS: 10:00am - 18:00 pm.

This past Heritage Day, we spent a spectacular day at Monks. We hiked to Bakkrans, enjoyed a braai and a few drinks, while the kids played in the river and on the slip and slide.

A huge thank you to Henties Juice and Fitch & Leedes for sponsoring a few drinks. It was one to remember, and we hope to see you back at Monks for another fun day soon!
