Eastern Provincial Library is the public Library under the Ministry of General Education and overseeing other libraries in schools andit is centrally located. On the other hand, the provincial library has partnered with various institutions such as RTSA, Central Statistical Office and Auditor General among others to ensure it brings information closer to the people.
