SUBJECT: APPEAL FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT: EAST AFRICAN UNIVERSITIES DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2026

The Copperbelt University Debate Society has been formally invited to participate in the East African Universities Debate Championship (EAUDC) 2026, scheduled for 26th July to 1st August 2026 at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.

Each delegate is required to pay a registration fee of USD 200, covering accommodation, meals, materials, and local transportation in Unganda.
Additional funds are required to cover for costs to and from Uganda which is not included in the registration fee.

We humbly appeal to the general public, corporate entities, and well-wishers for financial contributions to enable our students to represent the university and nation at this prestigious regional forum.
