Hey a short story to keep you less bored

Once upon a time, there was a boy named Jack who lived with his family. One day, after dinner, it was time to wash the dishes. Jack's mom asked him to wash the dishes, but Jack didn't want to do it. He argued that he had done it the night before and it was his brother's turn to do it.

His brother, Sam, disagreed and said that he had washed the dishes for the last three nights in a row and it was Jack's turn. The two of them started arguing back and forth, trying to convince each other that it was the other's turn to wash the dishes.

Their dad, who had been silently watching from the sidelines, finally spoke up. "Boys, I have an idea," he said. "Why don't we settle this with a game of rock-paper-scissors? Winner washes the dishes tonight."

Jack and Sam looked at each other, nodded in agreement, and started playing. The game was intense, with both of them trying their best to win. But in the end, Jack came out victorious.

Feeling triumphant, Jack marched over to the sink to start washing the dishes. But as he picked up the first plate, he realized that his victory had been short-lived. "Hey, this isn't fair," he complained. "Sam used a rock, but I used scissors. Rocks can't wash dishes!"

His dad just chuckled and said, "Well, looks like you'll just have to use your imagination then, Jack. Good luck!" And with that, Jack was left with a sink full of dirty dishes and a lesson in the importance of fairness.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

In the bustling city of Lavender Heights, you could see people moving up and down cars moving fast. It was a bust place.

In majestic house, a Man sat down in a very majestic office with a huge desk wearing glasses.

On the desk you could see a name that say
Martin Sanchez, President of Florindia

Florindia is the country Adam stay in

Florindia is a bustling country filled with amazing and wonderful people it's Capital city Lavender Heights is amazing with combination of cultural and technology aspects that let the countries history thrive even though technology is improving.

Florindia may seem like the perfect country on the out but it's not .

Inside the PURPLE PALACE where the president stays he is looking at a document with the presidents seal and the ministers of defense seal , who apparently is his wife. Angelina Sanchez.

President Martin looked at the document and said ” Look Angie, try to understand my approval rating was going down and the election is coming soon I have to win again so sacrifices had to made. "

Angie looked at the man who she married with sad look.

"Martin, I know we had to do something but didn't have to sacrifice all those soldiers. 5000 soldiers went there and none of them came back alive.. they have families Martin."

Martin looked at his wife with an angry face" I also have families, I also have people who I love I need to care of them no matter what!"

Seeing the tone at which President Martin used Angelina knew she couldn't do anything.

Before she could say anything a call came in the PURPLE SANCTUARY (name of the presidents office)

President Martin answered the called with a huge .

"Good morning, President Davies. How are you?" President Martin said .

The president Davies he mentioned was the president of Rosedale ....

"Good morning Martin." Davies said without any sign of respect
"Did the plan work?" Davies asked

Martin with a big smile replied "yes Mr president the plan worked well my approval ratings are going down we can work with the second phase of the plan"

"Very good send me half of the agreed amount of Ruptile."Davies said (AMs note:The Ruptile mentioned here is a mineral resource only found in Florindia which is the reason for Florindia financial wealth. It helps a lot in electrical generation and does not pollut the environment which make a highly sought after mineral)

"Very Mr president I will send them ."
Martin said.

Martin and Davies made a plan in order to increase Martin approval ratings which was going down there would be a war between Rosedale and Florindia in which the president will make the prime minister Carlos Torres in charge of.. Carlos Torres who is rumored in planning to run against the president in The election.
After which Carlos will send 5000 men to the battlefield and then Rosedale will bring reinforcements to eliminate the 5000 making Martins approval ratings go down after which Martin will take charge and win the battle easily.. making Carlos seem like he is not leadership worthy and making Martin's approval ratings go up.
Martin was so excited that he couldn't wait for tomorrow.

You could see an abandoned house being guarded by guards in black with a few purple and red strips....

Inside the house a young man who looks to be at the age of 27 was lying down unconscious with a metal arm and metal legs with blood all over the floor.
Besides the young man was a beautiful young lady who looked to be 23year sitting there worried

Dr Sophia was a well know medical doctor who happened to have knowledge on technology as well... Know on knows how she got it ... But she got it.

What most people, even Adam don't know is that Sophia and Adam were classmates back in primary(middle school) but then her name was Eva

No one knows how Eva turned to Sophia.

Sophia heard some footsteps coming from up stairs of the abandoned house .
It was four people.. one male and three female

The male Jack Smith and the females we Harriet, Candy and Jennifer.... They were know as the Smith quads... This siblings were genuises in biology and technology.

When the got done they took a look at Adam and jack said
"Are you sure you want to do this?"

Sophia replied " I love him I can't lose him again."

Jack sighed and said "ahh, fine we do as you say."

Florindia was filled with joy and laughter as President Martin was reelected as president.

"Florindia is place filled with joy and laughter and during my rule for the next five years I will let peace joy and laughter reign I strive for a prosperous Nation and one where I will do anything for the _people_ .... Peace,Love and joy shall reign!!!" He said
And the crowd shouted
" PEACE, LOVE AND JOY!!!!"

It was a happy morning for the people of Skylight.

Skylight is The capital of the kingdom of Andros.
The people say its where the late King Henry built the foundation for the kingdom, King Henry was man of dignity and had a righteous heart. He led the people of Andros to become a prosperous nation that could compete with the likes of America, Uk and Russia.
The kingdom has been at peace for over a decade now , but that didn't stop them from developing both economically and military to become a superpower.

In the Palace......

It was 5am in the morning only palace guards could be seen patrolling the halls for any intruders. Most of the palace maids aren't up even the Royal family was asleep......
Well except for one member 🤦🏾‍♂️

Ryan open his eyes and looked at the majestic and luxurious room infront of him.... Every single thing is worth more than a 100,000 Ands(the currency for Andros.. the exchange rate is $1-1Ands)

From what his personal maid Mirriam said , this room is the late King Henry's room.

For King of a prosperous Nation his room couldn't fall back in terms of standards.

Ryan got of the bed thinking about what to do now because of the way he lived in the past he used to woke up early to help his mother in garden to get vegetables to sell at the Market.

But his life changed , and now he doesn't know what to do.
So he got to the door of the room and opened it slightly.
He saw over 50 Royal guards guarding his room wear the Black and gold uniform with Royal eagle emblem on their chest saluting to him saying.

"GOOD MORNING YOUR HIGHNESS!" Fifty voice said at the same time.

Ryan was scared cause those voice shook the palace ground.
He replied "Good Morning"
The his head of security walked towards him and he looks like 50 year old you see a bit of scars on his... And you could tell that he was a seasoned warrior.
"Your highness”he said" I am Victor , your head of security. I am here to ensure the safety of his highness. But may I speak freely your highness "

Ryan looked at him surprised and thought 'why in earth are you asking me for permission '

"Go ahead" He said

"Your highness why are you up so early" Victor said.

"Oh that I just felt like it" this was the only sensible thing he could think and got back into his room.

After a few minutes a knock was
And a young lady who 18 came in and Said

"Good morning your highness, I heard you are awake I apologize for being late... Mirriam is at your service"
Ryan looked at Mirriam head to toe she looked stunning you couldn't even tell if she was the princess or maid..

There seems to be some life in palace most of the palace servants moving up and down doing all sorts of work

As that was happening a young girl that looked like she was 22 walked through the halls Arrogant head straight for the Throne room.
She burst the doors of the throne room Open

"Why the hell did you let a servant sleep in the master bedroom?" She said looking at the middle aged woman sitting on the Throne

The middle Isabella Andros , the current queen of Andros and Ryans cousin .

Isabella couldn't help but look at the young lady infront of her with disgust and hatred.

The Young lady was Mary Cerises, she was once the youngest princess of The Kingdom of Cerises that was until the Cerises Kingdom lost heavily and had to to call for peace so the sent Mary here as peace keeping gift to King Henry for him to wed her.... But king Henry was a righteous man and would never lay a hand on someone as young as Mary who by then was only 10 years old.. so he adopted her and maid her princess what he didn't know was the this princess was very rude to everyone in the palace thereby causing everyone to hate her.

"That Person u call a 'sevant' is the last remaining Heir of King Henry, and The King stated in his will that everything should go to him end of discussion." Isabella said.

Mary was very Upset she couldn't believe that she would have to see a servant become ruler Instead of her .

Just when Mary was about to say something the doors of the throne were open
And their she saw the so called 'sevant' come in with a bunch of guards surrounding him

As entered the throne reading to say good to Isabella, I couldn't believe what I saw.

Not only was Isabella there but there was a stunning Beauty who had a perfect body and pretty face.

"Ooolala" Ryan murmured

He forgot that he was in the presence of many high officials of Andros.
"Isabella, you didn't tell me I would find a beautiful lady today" Ryan said still not worried about his surrounding

Mary on the other hard was pi**ed off and fumming.

"Who the hell do you think you are... You don't deserve me not even in your dreams." Mary said

"Well My lady , why in earth do I need to win your heart in my dreams when I can win your heart I. Reality ... I feel as if my purpose in life has been fulfilled just by seeing you... You Beauty sparks my heart with joy that o feel my blood pressure rising." Ryan replied

Mary looked at him still upset"if you a high blood pressure go to the hospital "

Ryan with dreamy eyes said " well unfortunately for me no doctor can heal my blood pressure except you... You voice.. soothes my soul so well that I feel like am in heaven "

Mary looked at him then at Isabella who was trying her best not to laugh .... And then left the Throne not forgetting to show off her arrogance as she left.

As the convoy made its way through the desert terrain, Adam looked out the window, lost in thought. He had been through this route multiple times before, but this time it felt different. There was a sense of unease that he couldn't shake off.

As the convoy approached their destination, Adam's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of gunfire. The vehicle swerved to avoid an improvised explosive device (IED) and hit a landmine, sending it flying into the air. The explosion rocked the vehicle, and Adam was thrown from his seat, his body slamming against the metal walls.

Ryan felt a pang of regret. He wished he had asked his mother about his past, about his father. But it was too late now. His mother had taken those secrets to the grave with her.

"What is it?" Ryan asked, sensing the gravity of her words.

They spent the rest of the day packing, sorting through his mother's belongings, and making arrangements for their trip to Andros. Ryan's aunt took care of everything, making sure they had all the necessary documents and arranging for their transportation.

As the sun began to set, they sat down for a simple dinner of soup andbread. Ryan's mind was still racing with thoughts of his newfound royal status and the responsibilities that came with it.

"You'll have to learn how to dance," his aunt said suddenly, interrupting his thoughts.

"Dance?" Ryan asked, surprised.

"Yes, it's tradition," his aunt explained. "The royal family always attends a ball to celebrate special occasions, and you'll have to lead the first dance with your queen."

Ryan felt a knot form in his stomach. "What if I make a fool of myself?"

"You won't," his aunt said firmly. "I'll teach you myself."

And so, in the weeks leading up to their departure for Andros, Ryan's aunt became his mentor, teaching him everything he needed to know about the kingdom and its customs. She even enlisted the help of a dance instructor to teach him how to waltz.

As they boarded the plane to Andros, Ryan felt a mix of excitement and trepidation. He was about to embark on a journey that would change his life forever. He had no idea what to expect, but he was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

The flight was long, but eventually, they arrived in Andros. The first thing Ryan noticed was the beauty of the island. The crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches were unlike anything he had ever seen before.

But his thoughts quickly turned to his mission. He had come to claim his birthright and become the rightful king of Andros.

I still can’t believe that kyle and I have to fight over the same issue. I knew it,it’s all my fault anyway. If I haven’t asked Anel to stay that night maybe she won’t have got herself into trouble.

Even if he forgive me,I won’t forgive myself. It wasn’t his parent fault that they hides the truth away from him. But they only did it to save me,being is best friend doesn’t mean anything to kyle. Once he got mad at someone, he might do unexpected.

One thing about him is that,he’s hot tempered. He rarely control his tempers. He knew what he can do so that’s the reason why he distanced himself from everyone. It’s four months that he had left United States for Iceland. I wonder what going on with him. I just want the real Kayle back,my best friend not the new grumpy friend.

“Hey Tim, any hope about Kayle? Raymond asked.

“Not yet,he haven’t decided when to come back.” I sighed.

“When are you going stop been guilty of what you didn’t do huh? It wasn’t your fault that she dumb and deaf. Am pretty sure someone is behind it.” Harry snapped.

I removed all the pins that kendra used to holds my hair together. I put them inside a box and kept it inside my drawer.

I laid on the bed facing the Ceiling. Everyday,every seconds I think my power glows. I always feel different everyday. But there is something that I did not understand, what the connection between that woman and I. I really want to help her but she said I’m gonna lose my voice.

” Odette. ” Sharon entered without knocking.

“Sharon where are your manners? Huh? I glared at her as I felt that my eyes have changed to red. It normal change to red whenever am angry.

” calm down Odette,am here for a deal.” She said with a devilish smirk.

“I wonder why you’re still alive,how I wish I can end your life right now.” I said still facing the ceiling.

I entered the dark room and removed the curtain. I sat on a stool and faced the mirror.

Suddenly Daisy appeared on the screen. She was furious because her eyes is now red.

” Sharon leave Odette alone. If anything happens to her,I swear I won’t forgive. ” she yelled as she tried to free herself. She tried to break the spell so she will be able to free herself from the strong chains.

“Calm down diasy,it’s 19 years that I’ve enchanted you but you’re still alive. How? Don’t tell me that you haven’t lose your power yet? Jeez! I still have a long way to go.” I said as I picked the box where I kept the Pearl pin. I brought the pin out and put it inside a cup. I picked a knife and cut my hand,I let my blood streamed into the cup. Then I put the pearl pin inside the cup. I poured a green portion inside the cup.

I picked Odette comb and removed a strand of her hair and dipped it inside the cup. I casted a spell on it and it started burn inside.

“Aha. Let go of me Sharon.” Daisy groaned as she tried to free from the spell.

I recited some spells until my hair turned to gray. Suddenly she stopped groaning. I glanced over the mirror. She didn’t move or groan anymore.


“Dead end.” I mumbled.

“You think you can get rid of me thus quickly? Hell no Sharon, even if you use Odette hair you won’t still get rid of me. Sharon leave my daughter alone and face me instead.” She yelled.

“How? You can’t live Diasy,who are you? I asked. This is getting out of hands.

” I know that is the question you’ve been dying to ask but am not gonna answer that question. ” she said.

“Wha…what? She shut the vision.

” don’t you dare leave Daisy. ” I yelled but she didn’t appear on the mirror.
