Namibia High Commission - Zambia

On 11 June 2026 the Namibian High Commission in Lusaka participated in the African Freedom Day celebration organized by the African diplomatic Missions accredited to the Republic of Zambia. The High Commission used the opportunity to promote Namibian beer, beef and other meat products.

High Commissioner Goms Menette together with Mr. Sebulon Chicalu, CEO of the Namibia Tourism Board (NTB), marketed and promoted Namibia as a preferred travel destination for tourism and leisure during the Zambia Travel Expo (ZATEX) that started on 4 June 2026 in Lusaka. The ZATEX ends 6 June 2026.
