THE GREEK GIFT FROM THE MIDDLE EAST

There are always big things that come as promises from the Kings and Princes in the Middle East whenever President Edgar Changwa Lungu or Zambia's high powered delegation makes expensive visits to Saudi Arabia or Dubai.

It was from there that the country was promised barrels of chaep oil that never saw a drip not even in the tank of the Presidential Motorcade. The President and his ministers made that costly trip and we were done baby-don't-cry by telling us we could get benefit free black liquid gold and cushion our escalating oil prices. It never came from that visit.

Next it was another trip to the same Middle East where we got another goat export deal that would turn goat farmers into millionnaires. Over three years since, no single Zambian goat has gone to Saudi Arabia.

Now President Lungu landed in the Emirates hardly 72 hours ago, and already splashed in our public media is another offer of millions of dollars by the Abu Dhabi development fund to finance our roads.

If the last two deals that were so much sang about by those in Government and echoed by State Media failed to come through, how much confidence can a faithful Zambian whose trust has been betrayed going to believe this roads financing deal?

Obviously, when you make such trips, you don't go with nothing to negotiate on the table. While we are not told what we surely take to the Middle East as a symbol of friendship, it would be safe to assume that we have been giving someting for nothing. In other words we have been getting a GREEK GIFT: offered less for whatever we give that only those who go to the negotiating table offer to the Arabs. If we have not been giving more, then we have been jetting to the Middle East, into Saudi Arabia and Dubai, at a huge cost for nothing. And this still comes around to our own Government offering the Zambian people a "GREEK GIFT" at a huge cost on the taxpayer.

SAAAAADDD!
A country that produces more of
Presidential travels.
A sense of wrong doing has
walked out of the back door of
the country, or run down to sea like mad pigs.
Kampyongo receives a herd of cattle from Correction Service
for hard working. Where did you ever
hear a Minister being rewarded
for public service?
Then the PF is to distribute
various livestock worth K46 million.
When did the PF become a
Government wing for agriculture activities.
Where are they getting the money?
Is the Registrar of Societies keen
on this kind of thing?
What about ZRA, does it get any
tax from this kind of PF business activities?
Then you wonder why Government
is broke and a political party in
power with its members are
getting richer than Government.

2021 we should sing "TO THE RESCUE"

MAMA CONSTITUTION: HOW LONG?
How long mama shall we yearn
for your complete and full dress up
When are they going to stop un******ng
you?
How long will they pull you from
among the sacred place of the people
who adore, cherish and cloth you in the best
of your dress and articles?
How long will they unravel the tapestry and
embroidery of justice and good governance that
we the people stitched in you through CRC?
Should we say foserk to you?
Because everyone who claims an er****on
up can copulate and satiate themselves on you?
Like a pr******te drag you from
the red light street and copulate in you
the venereal political disease of self
preservation and while we stand aside
look? Is this how we are going to fulfill
the legacy of our democracy we took?

JUST HOW LONG MAMA

Mama should we say foserk to one
like you who should be written and protected?
Why should we have one like you that should
be written, when they all want to write you
well, but yet fail?
Why should we, when every tenure turns up
a gang with crazy dark corners like
CCN, CT and now FDN.
There you have been undressed and your
sanctity penetrated by their ph***ic pens
of every political evil intention and scribbled
all over you what they now dub as a TOP TEN
BILLING.
All this is done to award themselves
the 2021 PRIZE

THE PF FUN-FAIR, LESS SO A SERIOUS GOVT
First it all started as a joke. We were creating districts like throwing confetti at a party of fools, mindless of how we were going to manage them in terms of financing, developing and housing human resource. We now have districts like outpost guard houses, no housing for staff and councils have no means for revenue. We have ended up with districts full of public workers who just seat because "the resource envelope" (quoting President Lungu) is depleted and development projects have been put on hold.

Second we were borrowing because payments of those loans from the financial market would not be due soon. "We can still borrow because the payments of those bonds woud only be due in 7 to 10 years" former minister of finance Alexander Chikwanda would justify.

We are here choked, as 80 per cent of our budget pays salaries and goes to pay Nkogole "debt".

We are still going deep into Nkongole, and it is already August and there is no talk of agriculture inputs, just as news of FRA maize purchases seems to be the message of the dumb to the deaf.

While our problems pile up, remember we have the 42 wheelbarrows scandal to carry them on. And while corruption is scorching us hot during the day and nightmare, we can find a a cool place to snooze under the 48 mushrooms in Chilala. Even that snooze would be an adventure in futile because the noise from the sky does not cease, Edgar's close to ZMW 900 million magic bloom is busy nowadays burning jet fuel just to go and jog and do some sleep ups in Northern Province and tell PF branches to re-enrol GBM in the party grassroots as there is space for him there.

To quench the burning anger, we will wait for the special hoses of the four second hand fire tenders that Mama Esther Lungu went to receive in the USA with a team of maids.

GOOD MORNING
For those who believe there shall come a day in their life time, after 2021, when they will wake up and have no doubt that their leaders are working for them, the economy is functioning for them and will not need to receive a message on their phone to be patriotic by some invincible voice. the corruption seen now shall be a thing of the past, RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND and rally behind those who promise us that perfect moment. It does not matter what you have been told by those who spread lies and speak tribe, just believe in that leader and just tell yourself it is about going forward for a perfect moment after 2021 and leave the lost moment of shameless corruption and childish mismanagement behind

ECL TELLS A STORY OF A GREEDY PRESIDENT

President Edgar Lungu is now admitting the country is broke. Fortunately, he is not doing it for us to understand the situation, but accept our suffering while he enjoys the little we are remaining with with his family and friends. He takes his argument to Kasama that even when there is little soup in the country, he still deserves a big bowl of better soup.

He is quoted saying "austerity measures should not apply to him as President" Then Dandy Crazy can go mocking us on a boat cruise in Samfya saying "they, the children of Lungu, are enjoying".

The Black Hole PF Has Got Us In

Roads, the toll-gates, presidential jets, expensive fire tenders, ambulances, retirement on national interest e.t.c. And just the careless way of borrowing and spending money on useless priorities is a black hole that has got Zambia in red. Our budget is bleeding and budgeted for programmes for Government have stopped receiving funding. 90 percent of our revenues now go to servicing debt. It is a disaster and the public service workers who worked under Levy Mwanawasa's time know the country has fallen in to a black hole

PRESIDENT LUNGU SHOULD STOP TALKING ABOUT CREATING JOBS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW IT CAN BE DONE

President Lungu will never stop playing political games with the welfare of young people. Whenever he finds chance to talk about young people, he promises to fix the problem of lack of employment even giving himself up that he will do everything to ensure job opportunities were available for young people. While in Solwezi he was very sure that he called about it, and he did. However, the only thing the Head of State lacks is a plan to breakdown the steps of creating jobs for young people.

ONLY TO BE SENSIBLE

For those undecided voters like me, this is time to be decided. Do not vote for PF anymore. Vote for a party that is already beating PF big time elsewhere. If PF can be whipped hard just in two constituencies of Lusaka, either Mandevu or Chawama, the home ground of our beloved President, then victory is certain. Make these guys pack and we see how far they can keep their fortune.

By the way, President Lungu does not run a corrupt government but his government is ready to accept property picked from the path walked on by one of his ministers with a pocket full of public money meant for the procurement of public goods. And that path grew 48 concrete mushrooms that are at the center of an embarrassing investigation ever handled by an anti-graft institution once of international repute. LET US FIGHT ON AND LIBERATE THIS LAND FROM PF

Cannot afford another five years of PF after 2021.

Brothers and Sisters let us all cry out to God and give us the courage to fight on and liberate our land from those who steal in the morning, at midday and in the night.

Our country has been put in the hands of people who don't care. A leader who cares comes to die for his people. Those who don't come to do so, increase people's miseries by building empires and enriching a gang of evil men and women they eat with.

I think churches should start telling PF cadres to go back home during church days. They kneel and pray for the good health and prosperity of their leaders who are so callous, hateful and big thieves to the core

The amount of criminality in PF surpasses all that was stolen from us in 20 years under MMD. At least MMD were even growing our economy but these KADANSA kind of leaders are stealing and wrecking the economy.

2021 PEOPLE MUST VOTE
FOR IDEAS, INNOVATION AND
ENTERPRISE

There is no country that has grown and
sustained its economic growth without the three
pillars. There cannot be any enterprise growth
if citizens face brick walls of policies and laws
that stop their free thinking and work to innovate
with those ideas. We need to create intra and inter
province value-chains, so to exploit the benefits that
globalisation has brought just outside the windows
of our homes, the quick communication technology,
efficient transportation and markets for products
that have come through all the consumer malls and
service offices exported into this country by various
multi-nationals.

Beyond that we need a President who makes
regional business trips and comes back home and us that
they will be jointly producing smart-phone copper plates
with Botswana, South Africa or Rwanda. We need a President
who does not appear in name at the country is highest university to receive a honorary doctorate, but one
who brings a big budget (Kasaka kandalama) to engineering
students to start making drones for medical supplies, instead of all the time taking 10 hours road expensive trips. Let our young engineers design our roads, shop machinery and own companies that will build the country's road network cheaply.

Further, we need a President who does not give priority to paying an expensive Jet to have prestige in the air flying
over the very poverty that, not only embarrass us, but
destines us to despair in eternity. We need a President
who will get annoyed and say we need to start clothing our
selves in the best apparel designed and produced through
value-chains: Zippers made in Mansa, Denim made in Gwembe, and Cotton and Yarn produced in Chipata.

We cannot be talking of development of building toilets,
like President Lungu is doing on his campaign trail in
Katuba Constituency. We need a President who walks on
big ideas and cuts deals that bring and build industries that
will manufacture. The President who airlifts fresh organic produce from the depths of Chiengi or Shan'gombo
using our ZAF planes and copters, not airlifting boot-licking musicians who go twerk their bottoms for Government leaders. It is a pity that we only airlift the miseries of our poverty and lack of resilience against
harsh nature conditions and call it relief, but leave the rural farmers to suffer the vagaries of poor policies and market structures that strangles their potential to compete with fruit and vegies we import from all over. The proliferation of shopping malls tell us that the benefits of globalisation are here with us. We JUST NEED TO THINK. And Edgars, Jets,
PEP and Ackermans will bow to our industrious and enterprising energies supported by policies and prudent actions of our leaders. OR YOU WANT ME TO RUN IN 2026
that the benefits

OUR ECONOMY UNDER
PF IS HEADING NOWHERE

There is no shortage of indicators
to know an economy that is growing
successfully, sustainably and capable
of delivering stock that translate
into productivity and jobs as well as
income equality and a buoyant social
security system.

1. it is an economy that grows above
6 per cent more than its average population
growth rate

2. It is an economy that is tailored to export
through innovating with value added goods
and not digging from the earth, cutting from
the forest and exporting minerals and logs
in their natural form. It less celebrates
commodity exports that have a fragile
boom and face price volatility

3. It is an economy that has diversified its
agriculture beyond subsistence production
and embraces more technologies at the farm
level and has an efficient way to deliver to the
markets

4. It is an economy that does not borrow to consume
but invest in capital accumulation that fire up the
all the cylinders of its magnificent takeoff

5. It is an economy that grows its human capital and
creates fiscal space for them to create enterprises,
engages in politics for economic development other than
development for politics riddled with
patronage and corruption if one is to get contracts

6. It is a country and economy that does not spend
80 per cent of its budget paying debt (nkongole)
and teachers salaries. If that happens, where can
a country find the money to invest in the education of
its citizens, research in its universities and provide
quality living conditions and infrastructure?

ZAMBIA IS THE OPPOSITE OF THIS
We are growing our income at 2.3 per cent below
the average population growth rate of 3.5 per cent,
we only have copper and mukula as stock for export,
we borrow to pay salaries and pay debt and our
private sector is so small and less oriented to export.
