Health and wellness is one of NCL’s key focus areas. Through this program, we aim to position the library as a trusted source of health information for children and young people in our community.

We collaborate with health professionals from different fields to provide factual, reliable health information and help equip young people with knowledge that supports their overall well-being.

As we celebrate Africa Freedom Day next week, what does freedom mean for our children today?

Little Khethiwe is only 3 years old, making her our youngest Lit for Life literacy project learner. Her ability to identify and sound out letters is impressive. Toddlers can learn how to read, too🙂
