Gibson Mwewa settles for Mansa East, assures issue based campaigns.

Professor Gibson Mwewa popularly known as Mupinga-Calo has announced that he is contesting as member of Parliament in the newly created Mansa east constituency.

Announcing the development at a church engagement in Kawambwa yesterday, Mr. Mwewa said he is ready to serve the people of Mansa through public office.

He assured that his leadership style is purely developmental and issue based.

Professor Mwewa further said that he will next week announce which political he will stand on.

The renowned humanitarian has gained public liking especially in Mansa district for his charity works in Luapula,which includes funeral assistance, church donations, community development and others.
