CONDITIONS
1: I will sale a few plots then submit for subdivision
2: if you buy a plot now you get letter of sale plus copy of mother offer which I get to sign
3: Come with your copy of NRC buyer and next of kin whether you paying installments or cash
4: If you pick a payment plan stick to it, or you pay an extra k1000 for going beyond the agreed time flame.
5: If for any reason you are not able to continue after making a few installments, the plot shall be sold to someone else and your money paid back in full
6: In due course each plot shall pay K1500 for documentation as per council requirement.

PENALTY OF DEFAULT
An extra K1000 shall be paid by all who fail to stick to the agreed and signed payment plan.
