🚨 PUBLIC NOTICE 🚨

The Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC) has cancelled the registration of Orchid Funeral Assurance (Private) Limited as a funeral assurance company in terms of the Insurance Act [Chapter 24:07].
The cancellation follows failure by the entity to comply with key regulatory requirements, including maintaining minimum capital requirements, submission of statutory returns and audited financial statements, as well as governance requirements.

πŸ“Œ Orchid Funeral Assurance policyholders are advised to urgently contact IPEC and submit the following information by 30 June 2026:
βœ”οΈ Full Name, ID and Cell Number
βœ”οΈ Policy Number
βœ”οΈ Copy of Policy Document
