Senior management and staff are today gathered at Baradzanwa Cultural Village in Mazowe for the 2026 Third Quarter Performance Review and the 2027 Strategic Planning Workshop. Chief Executive Officer, Eng Taurayi Maurikira, while delivering his welcome remarks, has called for honest, robust and frank discussions. The Chief Executive Officer said there is need for the Authority to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, respond to evolving customer needs and expectations and ramp up revenue collection efforts.

📢 PUBLIC NOTICE | BULK WATER LICENSING

The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) reminds all bulk water companies and dealers that bulk water licences and certificates expire on 31 December 2026.

Operators intending to continue operating beyond this date are urged to renew their licences and certificates by the deadline, in accordance with Statutory Instrument 90 of 2013.

New operators are encouraged to apply for the relevant licences and certificates early, while dealers intending to cease operations must notify ZINWA in writing at least 30 days in advance.

Act early. Renew on time. Remain compliant.
