Today, the remarkable women of the Research Council of Zimbabwe (RCZ) gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day, embracing the strength, resilience, and unity that defines the community.

As the RCZ Executive Director, Dr. P. Chikudza reminded everyone, "Women are planners, compassionate, resilient, and capable of rising above challenges." Each woman wears many hats at work, at home, and in their communities.

Together, it is acknowledged that women's empowerment is not just about celebration; it's about support and leadership. When one woman rises, she lifts another with her.

Let’s continue to stand together, support one another, and build a balanced society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Keep shining, and always remember that every woman is valued and appreciated!
