Welcome to the February feedback/consultative meetings. Ward 3 today 7 March met the Ward Councillor Mr Gwenzi, Public Relations Officer Mr Makumana and Community Services Officer Mr Chitongo. It was an interesting discussion, as RTC we were given our own homework, which we hope and trust will be delivered. That's service delivery for us, the reason why we exist. We are there for your benefit our residents and stakeholders!!!
