SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL COMMENCES STRATEGIC PLANNING REVIEW WORKSHOP (2026–2030)
SHURUGWI, ZIMBABWE – October 19, 2026 — Shurugwi Town Council has officially commenced its Strategic Planning Review Workshop, running from 19 October to 23 October 2026.
The high-level workshop evaluate and align the council's developmental roadmap. The primary objectives of this five-day review include:

Strategic Plan (2026–2030) progress review and refining institutional goals.
Chairman’s 2027 Contract Formulating and reviewing the performance obligations and strategic oversight deliverables for the Council Chairman.
Town Secretary’s 2027 Performance Contract Establishing clear, measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive administration and service delivery.
