🌊🐚 What's on this week at Little Footsteps? 🐠

If you saw our story a few days ago, it might have given you a little clue about this week's theme at playgroup… OCEAN! 🌊

We have some fun ocean-themed crafts planned, lots of underwater toys to explore and we'll be enjoying a storytime reading of Magic Beach by Alison Lester. 📖🐚

We can't wait to dive into a fun morning of exploring, creating and playing!

Looking forward to seeing you all on Monday! 💙

🌿 Playgroup Weekly Wrap Up 🌿

We had 20 little explorers at playgroup this morning, and what a fun and busy morning it was! 🤗

We welcomed some new children and their parents and carers, which was lovely to see!

A few little explorers got into the Halloween spirit and dressed up as a pumpkin 🎃, a bat 🦇 and a spider 🕸️!

The children enjoyed our Halloween-themed craft 🎨, train set 🚂, large cars 🚗 and dolls house 🏡.

👀 Keep your eyes peeled this week for a sneak peek at next week’s theme! 👀

🎃 What’s on our craft menu tomorrow? 👻

With Halloween week creeping up, we’re kicking things off by decorating our very own pumpkins! 🎨

The little ones can get creative with orange and green cardboard, as well as colouring in their own pumpkin.

We’ll also have some spooky Halloween colouring-in pages for the little ones to enjoy! 🕷️🦇

Will you be joining us tomorrow? We can’t wait to see you!!

What a wonderful morning we had at playgroup! ☀️

We had 10 happy little explorers enjoying painting, drawing, reading books, exploring playdoh and playing with trucks and diggers. 🚜🎨

We finished playgroup with the much-loved story Oh Dear by Rod Campbell, which everyone had fun listening to and making animal sounds! 📚😊

Can’t wait to see you next week!
