ABOUT US
Golden Plains Shire Council's Early Years Services (including Child and Family Services) provides a wide range of services to support parents and carers who are raising children. These services reflect the diversity of children's interests, abilities and needs, and support parental involvement in play, learning and care. We offer opportunities for children to develop to their full potential and strive to create a place where children are encouraged to play, grow and learn safely. While Council operates some activities and services, others are provided in partnership with, or solely by, state and federal governments, community organisations and private businesses. Our key early years services include:
• Playgroup
• Family Day Care
• Occasional Care (Inverleigh)
• Kindergartens (x5)
• Maternal & Child Health Services. HOUSE RULES

Our page is monitored and maintained by the Child and Family Services team during business hours. We will reply to queries addressed to us as quickly as possible, although though sometimes there will be a delay in providing a full response if we seek advice from a staff member outside of our team. Members of the community are encouraged to join the open conversation but are expected to participate in a respectful manner. Do you have a customer service enquiry?
