What a wonderful wrap up to a huge few weeks.

Early preliminary counts are showing an incredible result for our first time out in an election!
Thanks again to everyone who voted Liam Parry #1, to our wonderful and dedicated 100+ volunteers, to everyone who took a yard sign. We made this massive effort together!

The faces of our fantastic volunteers this morning for the Stafford byelection.Two hours in and we’ve met lots of supporters! Still plenty of time to join us on the booths and make socialist politics a living, breathing, fighting alternative in Queensland! 🙂 Message us if you’d like to help out!

Today we commemorate Al Nakba.
It marks what was at the time the biggest expulsion of Palestinians, and we will be protesting again because we know that the genocide didn't begin two and a half years ago, but has been ongoing for decades.
Join us on Sunday, 1pm, Queens Gardens.
We will have Queensland Socialists banner if you would like to come march with us.
End the genocide. End the occupation. End the Apartheid System. Free Palestine.
This law directly targets Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
It will sky-rocket the already disproportionate rate of indigenous incarceration in this state.
No 10 year old should be locked up, especially when as the result of a racist law.
We want to end the Youth Imprisonment Law and fight to end the racist justice system more broadly.
