It’s never too early to start planning for the holidays, especially when you are newly separated.

Whether this is your first Christmas apart or your fifth, a little planning now can make the day calmer for everyone, especially your children.

This is why our Principal, Carol Pages, has written a helpful blog detailing how separated couples (especially those co-parenting) can better navigate the holiday season.

This week Pages Family Law have had the privilege of attending the 21st National Family Law Conference in Nipaluna (Hobart). The conference was sold out ( the waitlist was a mile long), and we've been honoured to participate and connect with so many like-minded colleagues.

The conference's theme for 2026 is ‘Landscapes of Thought', and the stage is set for robust conversation, innovation and fresh perspectives.

We also caught up with the wonderful people from Mary Technology and it was a lovely surprise for Pages Family Law to be featured on their banner!

Which speakers have you been most challenged and inspired by? 👋

📸: Emma Hann, Shreya Mukherjee and Tom Ford from Mary Technology.
