A little video of me, Sarsha & Kasper before it happened

I'm sorry but this is not a normal post I would do but it highlights the danger of going for walks with furkids

We had another dog coming at me and my daughter while walking kasper so sick of irresponsible owners not locking there gate so the dog can push them open at anytime. Then the as***le has the audacity to say it wasn't his dog when it ran straight to his house its the second German shepherd that has came at me,kasper & sarsha in the area...so sick of irresponsible people in the area that shouldn't own dogs.
We know it was the same dog as we walked past it on the way to the servo for cookies as it was going off behind the gate and then in less then 10mins it had escaped its yard to it coming at us, where I yelled out for help while protecting my daughter and Kasper putting myself in the firing line. I've already got the council involved
It's a short video but you can see sarsha being all happy before near the tree then the dog comes from the right side.. too us going into a front yard getting away from the dog
