The incredible community of Tenterfield held their annual Tenterfield Westpac Charity Golf Day today, except that due to heavy rain, no golf was played. That did not stop everyone though from turning up and helping to raise a staggering $105,000. We simply cannot thank enough all the sponsors, in particular Hitachi, and the players and volunteers along with the support of the Tenterfield Golf Club for making the day possible

Welcome to our new Lismore Base Supporters Community page.

To our Volunteer Support Groups, local businesses, community organisations and everyone across the Northern Rivers who supports our Service – thank you!

The strength of our Lismore Base has always been built on more than the aircraft and crews. It is built on the incredible community that stands behind them.

For many years, our volunteers and supporters have given their time, energy and passion to raise funds, organise events, bring people together and champion the work of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service across the region.

Every sausage sizzle, raffle, event, donation, conversation and act of volunteering contributes to something much bigger – helping provide our crews with the equipment, facilities, training and resources they need to be there for people when they need us most.

Your support is a wonderful reflection of the spirit of the Northern Rivers – generous, connected and always willing to lend a hand.

This page is a place to recognise and celebrate that support, and to share the people, stories, events and fundraising that help our Lismore Base continue to serve the community.

Thank you for everything you have done, and everything you continue to do.
We are proud to have you alongside us and incredibly grateful for your support.
