💙🧡 IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATE

Unfortunately, Morwell Neighbourhood House will remain temporarily closed this week due to ongoing issues with our front doors.

While the repairs are outside of our control, please know that our team is doing everything possible behind the scenes to minimise disruptions and ensure essential services continue wherever possible.

We understand how important our House is to so many in our community, and we share your frustration with the ongoing closure.

📢 Please see the flyer below for this week's program and service arrangements.

Thank you for your continued patience, understanding and support. We look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as it is safe to do so. 💙🧡

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!🎬🎥

Some of us came in Halloween costumes at dance class today.

Nope we’re not here to scare the daylight of anyone. We’re simply here to enjoy the company of friends and have heaps of laughter and silliness as we dance to MJ’s Thriller. 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️

We hope you enjoy this video as we did and may you have a safe long weekend with family and friends.😊

🎄 HELP US MAKE CHRISTMAS BRIGHTER FOR LOCAL FAMILIES 🎄

Christmas should be a time of joy, but for many local families doing it tough, the added pressure of Christmas can be overwhelming. This year, Morwell Neighbourhood House is asking our amazing community, local businesses, workplaces, schools and organisations to get behind our Christmas Appeal. ❤️

🎁 Could your workplace, business or community group run a collection for us? We’re looking for:
❤️ Non-perishable food and Christmas treats
🎁 New, unwrapped gifts for children and teenagers
💰 Financial donations to help us purchase food, gifts and other essentials

Last year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we provided 360 local families with Christmas hampers and 170 children with Christmas gifts. This year, we’re hoping to make an even bigger difference.

Even a small collection can make a HUGE impact. Put a donation box in your workplace, get your team together, ask your customers to contribute, or simply donate an item yourself. Every tin, every gift and every dollar helps. 💚

📍 Donations can be dropped off at Morwell Neighbourhood House, 48–50 Beattie Crescent, Morwell
☎️ (03) 5134 5488
📧 [email protected]

🎄 Let’s show what the Latrobe Valley does best, come together and look after our community.

Please SHARE this post and help us spread the word! ❤️

💙🧡 IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATE – FOOD RELIEF THIS THURSDAY! 🧡💙

While Morwell Neighbourhood House remains temporarily closed due to ongoing issues with our front doors, we have been working hard behind the scenes to find an alternative location so we can continue supporting our community.

⚠️ Please note: Morwell Neighbourhood House will remain closed for the entire week at this stage. We will continue to keep everyone updated regarding our reopening.

We are pleased to share that we will be offering a small, basic food relief service this Thursday! 🛒

📅 Thursday 29 October

📍 Morwell East Senior Citizens Hall
127 Vary Street, Morwell
