🍪🏠 It takes a community to build a village! ❤️

A huge thank you to Williams Primary School, its students, staff and families for getting behind Pingelly’s World Record attempt. Every gingerbread house helps make our village that little bit bigger! 🎄✨

🎄🍪 Pingelly need YOUR hands tomorrow! 🍪🎄

The Pingelly Gingerbread Village is going for a World Record, and it’s Pingelly vs New York! 💪

No baking skills needed, just come along for a laugh and help us make, bake and decorate. Pop in for an hour or stay all morning, and the morning tea and lollies on us. ☕

See you there! 🎅✨

🏆 PINGELLY UP FOR WA’S TOP TIDY TOWN AGAIN! 🌿💚

Great news, Pingelly! We’ve been named a finalist in the 2026 Tidy Towns Sustainable Communities Awards, with our community recognised across four areas:

🎨 General Appearance – Streetscapes: Giants Among Us
🌳 Environmental Sustainability – Urban Canopy, Community Garden and Wildlife Advocacy
⭐ Leadership – Meredith Freebairn
🏆 State Award – Pingelly is in the running for the overall title!

It’s fantastic recognition of the people, volunteers and community groups who continue to make Pingelly a better place to live.

We were incredibly proud to bring home the State Title in 2023, and now Pingelly is in the running again.

The winners will be announced at Optus Stadium on 27 November 2026. Fingers crossed for Pingelly! 🤞🏆
