🐾❄️ Happy World Snow Leopard Day! ❄️🐾

Masters of camouflage, owners of ridiculously fluffy tails and some of the most magnificent big cats on the planet! 🐆🏔️

Today we’re celebrating these incredible mountain cats and shining a spotlight on the amazing work of the Snow Leopard Trust, an organisation Billabong Zoo is incredibly proud to support! 💚

From protecting wild snow leopards and their mountain habitats to working alongside local communities, their conservation efforts are helping secure a future for these beautiful and elusive cats.

Here’s to keeping these magnificent spotted fluffballs roaming wild for generations to come! 🐾❤️

☀️🐨 ONE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL HOLIDAY FUN AT BILLABONG ZOO! 🐊🦜🎉

What a rip-roaring couple of weeks it's been! 🤩 From our sold-out Junior Keeper programs to special animal experiences, up-close encounters and plenty of unforgettable wildlife moments, these school holidays have been an absolute blast! 🐍🦎🐾

Our keepers have been busy introducing visitors to some incredible animals through our special school holiday experiences, including macaws, tawny frogmouths, Spencer's monitors and some of Australia's largest native snakes! 🦜🦉🐍

🌞 And with the weather looking absolutely spectacular today, we couldn't ask for a better way to wrap up the holidays!
