REMINDER: Third-party lobbyists registered information must be confirmed by Monday, 1 June 2026.

If you’re the responsible officer of a third-party lobbyist, log in NOW to the Lobbyist Online Portal to confirm your registered information, tick the appropriate box and lodge the confirmation form.

The NSW Electoral Commission may cancel or suspend your registration if the information in the Lobbyists Register is not updated when required.

Are you a third-party lobbyist?

Third-party lobbyists’ registered information must be confirmed by 1 June 2026. This includes the names of clients and any clients who are foreign principals.

If you’re the responsible officer of a third-party lobbyist, log in NOW to the Lobbyist Online Portal to confirm your registered information, tick the appropriate box and lodge the confirmation form.
