A huge congratulations to our amazing girls who competed at the AASCF All Star Classic and achieved an outstanding result!

The girls' dedication and commitment certainly paid off, after giving up some of their school holidays to come in and train for the competition. Their hard work, teamwork and determination were rewarded when they took out:

1st Place in their Level 2 Division
Grand Champions – achieving the highest score out of all scholastic teams!

What an incredible achievement! We are so proud of the girls and the effort they put into preparing for this competition. A fantastic result that shows what can be achieved through dedication, teamwork and a whole lot of hard work! Well done girls.

Last week a group of Year 12 students attended the P.A.R.T.Y. Program (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth) at Liverpool Hospital.

The program gave our students a powerful insight into the real life consequences of risk taking behaviours, including drug and alcohol misuse, dangerous driving and violence.

Throughout the day, students heard from and engaged with the professionals who care for people affected by traumatic injuries.

Through interactive activities and real world insights into trauma care and recovery, students gained a deeper understanding of how risky decisions can have life changing consequences for individuals, their families and the wider community.

Experiences like this go beyond the classroom, empowering young people to recognise risks, make informed decisions and look out for themselves and one another.

A huge thank you to the team at Liverpool Hospital and all the professionals involved in delivering this important program to our students. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a meaningful and impactful learning experience.
