Following the adoption of the City of Gold Coast 2026-27 budget changes have been supported (but not by myself personally) whereby an online booking service has been introduced and a $๐ฑ๐ฌ ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ for the service has been introduced.
For me, it's a result but the cost compares favourably with other similar commercial services.

Graffiti tagging often relies on flat, blank and highly visible surfaces. Incorporating complex and visually engaging designs can make it significantly more difficult for vandals to leave clear markings.
A vibrant new artwork by local artist ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ต is now featured on the traffic signal box at the intersection of Days Road and Coomera Anglican College.
This City of Gold Coast initiative not only helps deter graffiti vandalism, but also enhances the streetscape, fosters community pride and celebrates local creative talent.

The attached ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ will be distributed to locals next week to advise the details surrounding restoration work within Hotham Creek.
Improved outcomes for properties impacted by erosion will result from stabilisation work to make Hotham Creek more resilient. Work will commence later this year, to be jointly funded by the State and Federal Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements of the Riverine Protection Program.
After many site visits over the last couple of years, my thanks goes to the other levels of Government for supporting this important restoration work.
