💙 Learning Disabilities Awareness Day 💙

Learning disabilities are often misunderstood. It's time to challenge the myths and misconceptions that surround them.

Learning disabilities don't define a person's intelligence, potential, or ability to succeed. They can affect how someone reads, writes, processes information, or demonstrates what they know. Everyone's experience is unique.

This Learning Disabilities Awareness Day, let's focus on building understanding, celebrating strengths, and recognizing the importance of appropriate support and inclusive environments.
Because awareness is just the beginning. Acceptance and understanding help create real change. ⭐️

Today is World Mental Health Day 💚🧠

For people with learning disabilities, navigating school, work, relationships, and everyday expectations can sometimes come with added stress, frustration, or feelings of being misunderstood.

Mental health support should be accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the individual.

Today, we're reminding our community that asking for support is a strength. Everyone deserves to feel understood, valued, and included.

🧠 October is Learning Disabilities Awareness Month!

This month we will be sharing information and celebrating the strengths of people with learning disabilities.

This year's campaign focuses on these messages:
Unique Minds. Remarkable Potential.
Potential grows when barriers are removed.
Learning differently is not learning less.
