Another beautiful day with the horses! ☀️🐴💛

Today, a wonderful group of youth will have the opportunity to share with their families some of what they have learned and experienced with their horse partners over the past three weeks.

Through experiential learning with the horses, they have explored confidence, self-awareness, mindfulness, choice, connection, and discovering their own strengths.

Today is a chance to celebrate their growth and let them show their families just how much they can do. So proud of them! 💛🐴✨

Our August Guiding Star is Presence, inviting us to slow down, breathe deeply, and be fully here. The evening will include a guided horse experience, sound bath, fireside mocktails, reflection and conversation, and a special keepsake.

The investment is $88 per person, and space is limited to keep the evening intimate and meaningful.

What a wonderful morning with an incredible youth group! 🐴💛

Today was the first of four Horse Ability experiences together, and it was such a positive beginning. With the horses as teachers, everyone had opportunities to build confidence, practise approaching with calm awareness, and experience mindfulness through being fully present in the moment.

It was beautiful to see each participant engage in their own way, make thoughtful choices, and begin forming connections with the horses.

I am so looking forward to the next three experiences and seeing where this journey takes us! 🌿🐴
