Can you recognize the signs of family violence?

Domestic violence is a form of family violence, and the terms are often used interchangeably. It isn't always obvious. Harmful patterns can be subtle, indirect, and rooted in power and control long before physical harm occurs.

Recognizing these signs helps families, helpers, and communities intervene earlier and more safely: https://tfcna.com/4oLA0s6

This is normal and healthy. Discover your counselling options on our website: https://tfcna.com/4eTnkw1

It’s easy to think or see our setbacks as failures.

Setbacks can make us feel like our efforts were wasted and progress was lost. That end goal that we put so much hope into reaching, whether it be financial, relational, or personal, may seem that much further away now.

Your journey doesn’t end here. While there may be more work to do, recognize how far you have come already.

Need a bit of help getting there? Our next 'Journey to Self-Discovery' class is happening on July 25. You can sign up today on our website: https://tfcna.com/49SYhGJ

Anger is normal, but how you handle it makes a big difference.
