The crew at Old Creel Canoe & Kayak did it again, they put our dock away for the winter when we weren't looking! A big thanks as always folks 🙂👍

Waverley's favorite arborists Paul Fraser and Corey Horrocks (Horrocks Tree & Property Works) will be back in the park over the coming days to deal with some dead and dangerous trees along the trail system. Have some patience as they may need to close sections of the trail for the safety of park users, be sure to give them a big 👍 from a safe distance!

The upgraded bike track is now complete and ready to ride. A huge thanks to Brad, Corey, and Kyle of Enterra Hardscapes for all their hard work to bring this project in on time and on budget. Some before & after photos below for comparison.

We're still waiting on the signs to be delivered, but in the meantime here's the "Etiquette" for using the track.

1) Helmets are MANDATORY
2) Don’t ride when it’s wet & muddy
3) Ride within your abilities
4) Ride down to the end on the jumps and use the gravel path in the center as the return
5) Don’t change the jumps – they were built this way on purpose
6) DO NOT put gravel or crusher dust on the track – this makes the jumps slippery and dangerous
7) Report any damage or needed repairs to [email protected], please don’t try to fix it yourself, we have experts for that!
8) Have fun!
