Fall 2026 Business Confidence Survey
Explorers' Edge is inviting businesses across the region to share their perspectives on current conditions, opportunities, challenges, workforce needs, investment intentions, and overall business confidence heading into 2027.

The feedback we receive will help inform their upcoming Board planning discussions and future regional priorities.

Community Sessions 2026
Explorers' Edge is also hosting a series of Community Sessions across the region on November 3 and 4. These sessions are an opportunity for residents, businesses, tourism operators, municipal leaders, community organizations, and stakeholders to hear about current initiatives, provide feedback, and help shape future priorities.

2026 Official Municipal Election Results and Stats

This year's election saw a participation rate of 45.8%

There were 3,726 eligible voters

1,039 votes were cast via internet/phone and 669 were cast via mail in ballot

Of the 1,708 ballots received - 4 ballots were “Declined” and 27 ballots were “Spoiled” via internet/phone

6 ballots were “Rejected” during the manual count of the mail in ballots

Total Active Ballots 1,671
