The ERSRC will be focused on providing these services to residents living within the Eastern Region of Prince Edward Island. This region consists of those peoples living East of the Brackley Point Road and West of Dingwells Mills. If you are unsure as to whether you fit under this geographic area here are some of the major centers we hope to provide services to (please note we are not limited to these areas):

Enjoy a gentle, full-body workout designed specifically for seniors in a comfortable 50-minute session.
