Salmon Arm-Shuswap Constituency Office Update:

Following the provincial election, British Columbia is currently in a transition period as we await the swearing-in of newly elected Members of the Legislative Assembly

During this time, the Legislative Assembly remains dissolved, and there are no sitting MLAs in British Columbia. As a result, constituency offices across the province are operating with limited capacity.

Our two offices in Salmon Arm and Armstrong are currently closed to the public. Staff will be monitoring emails and phone calls, however, regular constituency services, including new and outstanding casework, will resume once newly elected MLAs are sworn into office.

If you require urgent assistance with a provincial government program or service in the meantime, we encourage you to contact your local Service BC office.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We recognize that many constituents are awaiting assistance with important matters, and we look forward to resuming our advocacy and regular constituency services as soon as we are able.

Thank you for your understanding!

A new and more prosperous chapter for British Columbia.

Thank you to everyone who placed their trust in me at the ballot box. I am grateful for your support, and I won’t let you down.

It takes a team to accomplish great things. To my spouse, campaign manager, volunteer coordinator, countless volunteers, and everyone who donated......"Thank You". Your dedication, generosity, and hard work made this possible.

Democracy is strengthened by choice and varied opinions. I also thank everyone who put their name forward to run in our riding. Campaigning takes courage and commitment, and I appreciate your willingness to serve our communities.

It is an honour to represent our riding, and I will work hard for everyone who calls it home.

Thank you, British Columbia.

Tonight, you voted for change. You voted for a government that will listen, keep life affordable, and never take your hard-earned money for granted.

I want to thank every volunteer who knocked on doors, made calls, and put up signs in the rain. I want to thank our candidates, who stepped forward in a snap election with no time to spare. And I want to thank my wife Shelley and my family for standing beside me every step of the way.

To those who didn’t vote for us: I will work just as hard for you. This is your government too.

The work starts now. Let’s get to it.

Tomorrow is Election Day, Salmon Arm–Shuswap. 🗳️

For nine years, the NDP has made life more expensive, our streets less safe, and our hospitals harder to count on. Tomorrow, we can vote for change.

Vote David L. Williams and the Conservative Party of BC — for affordable life, safer streets, and a health-care system that works.

Polls are open tomorrow, Saturday, October 24, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bring your ID, bring a friend, and let's bring it home.

I've spoken with too many young adults who feel this way. They are feeling priced out of a future in our region. They want to stay but are doubtful that's a reality. We need change. We will fight to keep costs down, and job opportunities up so they can continue to call this place home.
