As a matter of faith our greatest freedom and our greatest call is to love our neighbour as ourself, so we are continuing our Covid 19 safety precautions. We will offer online opportunities for worship, counsel and connection. We will mask, sanitize and distance in our on-campus office (Marquis 104). Our in-person ministry and small group programs will have limited numbers and take place at the Lutheran Centre (1302 College Dr.) The Ecumenical Chaplaincy is a shared ministry of Anglican, Presbyterian, and United churches. We seek to nourish faith and build community among students at the University of Saskatchewan in co-operation with other faith communities and to support the spiritual needs of the whole university.

Agape is a Biblical Greek word for love that changes things. Each year in the week after Thanksgiving we remember Agape love as the root of thanks. Our meal will be a “shared service family style” meal. Folks at each table will help serve and bring meaning to our meal. The formal meal begins at 6:00 p.m. but help is needed beginning at 5:30 p.m. We meet at the Lutheran Campus Centre just off campus at the corner of College and Wiggins.

Bratwurst, sauerkraut, hot potato salad and rolls make up our German style meal. (There will be halal and veggie options) Faith talk will consider how things can spiral when we misplace priorities. The weather continues to be warm but we will shift indoors. We meet at the Lutheran Campus Centre just off Campus at the corner of College and Wiggins.

Dress for the cool of the evening and put on your dancing shoes. We meet at the Lutheran Campus Centre at the corner of College and Wiggins

Today will be cool but sunny. Seems like a great day for trying hearty street food Colombia style. With fresh corn in season Ajiaco and Arepas will warm your heart. (As always veggie and halal versions are available). Our lessons today also go to the heart with forgiveness, inclusion and reconciliation shaping our conversation. We have direct access through the construction at College and Wiggins.

New ways to get to the Campus Centre. The city has a pedestrian walkway and crosswalk across College and we have a great spot for a street party with our block of Wiggins closed to traffic!
